Block 70 Homeowners - Schedule Pick-Up of New Gate Key!

The lock cylinders for the entry gates and the men's and women's restrooms at the Block 70 Pool & Spa Common Area were replaced in November 2025.

The commercial lock cylinders installed in the gates and the restroom doors use “restricted” keys which cannot be easily duplicated. Homeowners' existing “restricted” keys will no longer open the gates or the restroom doors after November 4th, 2025, so it's important for homeowners to plan on picking up their new key as soon as possible!

Homeowners can go to Pride Community Management's Tucson office to pick up a new key.

Pride Community Management's Tucson office is located at 7670 E Broadway Blvd, #205, Tucson, AZ 85710.  The office telephone number is (623) 692-8328. Office hours are from 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Thursday.  Block 70 homeowners who have picked up their new key can use that new key to open the right-hand gate and both restroom doors!

IMPORTANT: A single key will be issued to each Block 70 homeowner. There is a non-refundable $50 fee to replace a lost key!

Block 70 HOA Community Pool & Spa Rules

Pool & Spa Common Areas - Please Use Them Responsibly!

Recently, the Block 70 HOA Board of Directors received reports of an uptick in vandalism and/or misuse of the amenities located in, or around, the Block 70 pool & spa common areas and surrounding enclosure, including the pool & spa visitor parking area.

The entry gates must never be propped open for any reason! Propping the entry gate open is a violation of Pima County Health Department regulations and will result in the pool & spa enclosure being padlocked and unavailable until the Pima County Health Department authorizes the re-opening of the facilities, (it can take several weeks to secure authorization to re-open).

Automobiles cannot be parked for more than 72 hours in the Block 70 pool & spa common area visitor parking lot – this parking restriction can be found in the Block 70 HOA governing documents, and, due to recent abuse of this privilege by multiple homeowners, this parking restriction will be enforced in accordance with Arizona state statute and the association's governing documents.

Chairs, tables, and chaise lounges must be placed beneath the shade structure after use to avoid having the furniture deteriorate due to exposure to sunlight.

The men’s and women’s restroom doors must remain closed at all times.

Place trash & recycling in the trash (green) & recycling (blue) containers!

If a Block 70 homeowner has any questions or concerns regarding the pool & spa common areas or the pool & spa enclosure, please contact Pride Community Management at (623) 692-8328. Their offices are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Thursday.

Block 70 HOA Warning About Coyotes

The Block 70 HOA Board has received reports of coyotes, (a.k.a. Canis latrans), demonstrating aggressive behavior toward residents and their pets while walking in our neighborhoods. Please do not feed the coyotes - it is illegal to do so in Pima County, (A.R.S. 13-2927). Doing so encourages these animals to keep returning to the same area in search of food instead of foraging naturally.

Block 70 HOA Warning About Javelina

The Block 70 HOA Board has received reports of wild javelina, (a.k.a. Peccary), attacking homeowners - and their pets - after being startled by residents out walking in our neighborhoods. Please do not feed the javelina - doing so encourages these animals to keep returning to the same area in search of food instead of foraging naturally.
