The following committees are described in the Dorado Country Club Estates Association for Block 70 governing documents.
This committee oversees the day-to-day finances, as well as the annual budgeting process, for Dorado Country Club Estates Association for Block 70.
This committee oversees the service providers responsible for maintaining the common areas, landscaping, and mechanical systems for the community pool & spa owned by Dorado Country Club Estates Association for Block 70.
This committee engages with homeowners proposing modifications to the exterior of, or the landscape surrounding, their home. This committee approves, denies, or suggests revisions to the modifications being proposed based on their adherence to guidelines found, or referenced, in the governing documents of Dorado Country Club Estates Association for Block 70.
This committee oversees the process for maintaining the roadways found in Block 70. This committee focuses on both the short-term needs, including street sweeping, minor repairs, etc., and long-term needs, including periodic re-surfacing/seal coating - and the eventual re-paving - of the roadways owned by Dorado Country Club Estates Association for Block 70.
This committee is tasked with sharing information provided by public safety officials and/or local law enforcement as part of their community outreach efforts to Dorado Country Club Estates Association for Block 70 homeowners.
Additionally, this committee is tasked with ensuring new homeowners received copies of the governing documents from the title company at close of escrow; that those property owners know how to contact HOA board members, the property management company, and the Master Association, should the need arise. This committee also ensures new homeowners are aware of the communication methods used, (e.g., email, website, posted bulletins, in-person meetings, etc.), by the HOA board, the property management company, and the Master Association.
This committee oversees the nomination and election processes of the Board of Directors for Dorado Country Club Estates Association for Block 70.
The Dorado Country Club Estates Improvement Association #1, (a.k.a. Master Association), asks each of the twelve (12) sub-associations to designate a representative who will serve as a Master Association Director representing the interests of the homeowners within that sub-association.
