The Dorado 4 Association is self-managed by the Board of Directors. The day-to-day operations are the responsibility of the Executive Officers.
The Board of Directors has contracted with AAA Management Solutions, LLC to manage the fiscal accounting and statutory agent duties according to the customs and laws of the State of Arizona.
