The Master HOA is self-managed by the Board of Directors. The day-to-day operations are the responsibilities of the Executive Board.

The Board of Directors has a contract with The Property Management Group (TPMG) to manage specific duties of the Association according to the customs and the laws of the State of Arizona. 

(TPMG) handles the following services according to the directions of our Dorado Master Board of Directors:

  • financial accounting of the Master Association only
  • dues collections from the sub-associations only
  • board meeting minute recording of Regular monthly board meetings only
